“Befitting the phantasmagorical vibe of Carroll’s source material, the cocktail program will accentuate that mood,” Orlando Weekly adds.
You can even enjoy an E-Vape hookah with Absolem, the Blue Caterpillar himself.
HighT is a high tea tearoom and nighttime speakeasy with craft cocktails, live entertainment, afternoon tea service, and small-plate meals.
You might ask yourself, “I suppose I ought to eat or drink something or other; but the great question is ‘What?’”

- Sleepy Talk – A cozy espresso martini made with Tequila Ocho Reposado, Mr. Black coffee liqueur, and pumpkin spice, served with a dormouse cookie on Biscoff foam
- Maybe I’m Dreaming – A light and velvety tea-infused saketini, served in lychee clouds
- Travel by Hat – A cocktail featuring Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin, tropical fruit syrup, citrus, and Lord Bergamot tea
Accompany any of those with a treat like the Cheshire Cat Tail. The venue describes this purple-ish sweet. “Earl Grey mousse, cherry jam, and lemon curd cream encase an almond sponge cake topped with strawberry shortcake crisps served on a cookie crust.”
