Carbon Copy
Carbon Copy is Philadelphia’s first combined winery and brewery.
What Now Philly reports, “Previously the Dock Street Brewery West location brewer and hospitality experts, Brendon Boudwin and Kyle Wolak put a new spin on the space, with a bright new design.
“The design invites guests to enjoy a behind-the-scenes look at the brewing process, with large windows creating a divide between the restaurant space and the brew house.”
All beer is made on-site at the brewery and is available on tap or “to go” with growlers.
All wines are made at Carbon Copy’s external Kensington winery and are available on draft in-house only.
In addition, the venue has a brewpub with a menu of shareables like pizza and small bites.
“The space’s centerpiece wood-fired oven serves as inspiration for our food offerings,” adds owners Brendon Boudwin and Kyle Wolak. “We are honored to have chefs Bill Braun and Alyston Upshaw lead the culinary program at Carbon Copy. Together they present their own take on wood fired pizzas and vegetable focused dishes.”
Carbon Copy opened in West Philadelphia Dec. 10, 2022.
