Michael Fichman is a city planner, researcher and lecturer at PennPraxis at the University of Pennsylvania’s Weitzman School of Design and the Acting Director of the University’s Masters of Urban Spatial Analytics Graduate Program.
He is a community organixer and DJ/producer, and is an Emerging City Champions fellowship recipient for his work with 24HrPHL, a nightlife community organization.
He is chair of Philadelphia City Council’s Arts and Culture Task Force Nightlife Committee and the creator of Philadelphia’s Nighttime Economy Office.
