Fisher’s Seafood House

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA: Fisher’s Seafood House began in 1989 in Naucalpan de Juárez (just northwest of Mexico City) with 4 tables, a cold menu, disposable plates and cups, and a 1970 Ford Galaxy.

…aaand now we’re curious about the Ford.

Today the upscale seafood restaurant chain has more than 20 locations around Mexico.

In August 2022, the first U.S. Fisher’s Seafood House will open in a 8,700 square-foot space in San Diego’s Little Italy. Expect a full raw bar and a menu centered around Mexican mariscos, including ceviches and aquachiles.
