¡Presente!

WASHINGTON, DC: “¡Presente! A Latino History of the United States” tells U.S. history from the perspectives of the diverse Latinas and Latinos who lived it and live it today.

The exhibition is an introduction to critical concepts, moments, and biographies that shine a light on the historical and cultural legacy of U.S. Latinas and Latinos.

“¡Presente!” opens Jun. 18, 2022 and remains on view indefinitely in the Molina Family Latino Gallery at the National Museum of American History, Washington, DC.

The 4,500-square-foot gallery is the first physical presence of a planned National Museum of the American Latino.
