Unseen Oceans
The Denver Museum of Nature & Science presents “Unseen Oceans.”
This special exhibition takes you from the surface of the sea to its depths to learn how scientists and technology are preserving underwater ecosystems.
You will also meet amazing inhabitants of the deep, including alien-like creatures, glow in the dark fish and transparent predators.
Media-rich galleries will showcase a range of marine environments and introduce scientists who are using innovative research tools and developing new methods to explore the oceans.
This special exhibition opened Nov. 18, 2022, and will be on display through Apr. 9, 2023. Mercifully, for those who work by day, or prefer to enjoy museums with family or friends after 5 p.m., the Denver Museum of Nature & Science is open until 9 p.m. “most Fridays.”
