Dancefestopia
[La Cygne, KS] Dancefestopia 2023 brings the lower Midwest a groove that they call the “Midwest’s Ultimate Dance Music Festival,” with a lineup in that focuses on quality acts over big name headliners.
Dancefestopia takes place just south of Kansas City, in La Cygne, Kansas, where it transforms the Wildwood Outdoor Education Center into the Emerald City of Oz.
Festival attenders camp on the grounds for the duration of six days and six nights so they can enjoy 210 different performing artists.
Producers write up the experience like this: “For one weekend every fall, something magical awakes in the heart of Kansas.
“The Emerald City comes alive, and we find ourselves in a world of enchantment, wonder, and bass. Dancefestopia is a home of happiness, love, and celebration – an escape from life’s pain, stresses, and uncertainties.
“We carve out our own beautiful space on Earth and dance with our tribe. This is Dancefestopia.”

With a line-up that includes Zeds Dead, Excision, Subtronics, Bear Grillz, Borgore, Doctor P, Funtcase, Janssen, Kai Wachi, Kayzo, Knife Party and more, Dancefestopia 2023 runs Sep. 4-10, 2023.
