The Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival (FLIFF) presents American indies and studio films, international films, student films, special tributes, seminars and introduces filmmakers to South Florida audiences.
The 37th annual festival runs Nov. 4–13, 2022, and screens two hundred films in Fort Lauderdale, Sunrise, Hollywood, St. Augustine and The Bahamas.
FLIFF is considered to be one of the most important regional film festivals in the U.S. The event also showcases first-time filmmakers.
Plus, of course, there are parties and receptions to round out the experience.
For history buffs, this rich history of Savor Cinema (an anchor venue for FLIFF) is well-worth the read.
