On Jun. 24, 2022, a contemporary luxury hotel group opened ette hotel Orlando, the first property in the group’s portfolio.

Marketing itself as “a serene haven for discerning travelers” seems like a plus given ette’s Kissimmee location, four miles south of Orlando’s major theme parks. So, adult focused. Plus, except for service animals, pets are not welcomed.

In partnership with Michelin-starred Chef Akira Back, ette offers Salt & The Cellar, a Mediterranean and Asian fusion restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.

The property also positions itself as a wellness-focused hotel, meaning it is a “zero-alcohol property.” While it does not sell alcoholic beverages, ette has a top notch mocktail menu in the restaurant and poolside.

In addition to 126 guest rooms you will find a spa, fitness center, pool and what ette calls its Laundry Museum, an open-concept laundry facility. The hotel wants guests to witness, first-hand, how perfectly their towels and linens are cleaned.
