Nobu Hotel and Restaurant
On Nov. 22, 2022, Nobu Atlanta opened in the Buckhead neighborhood.
This marks the first Georgia location for the hospitality brand which founded in 1994 by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper.
Influenced by Atlanta’s lush canopy of trees and Japanese arts and crafts, the bar and lounge area features a white onyx bar volume that sits in front of a 12-foot-long river rock art installation. Folded cast glass pendants cast a soft glow on the bar.
The dining room is reminiscent of traditional Japanese garden pavilions that were often used for ceremonies and rituals. Overscale pendants made from shoji paper create the look of elongated, abstracted paper lanterns.
The restaurant’s signature dishes include black cod miso, rock shrimp tempura and yellowtail Sashimi.
Designed by Rockwell Group, the hotel offers 152 stylish rooms and suites in total.
