The Twin Fin
The Twin Fin hotel can be found on the mellower, Diamond Head-side of Waikīkī Beach.
Following a multi-million-dollar renovation, the former-Aston Waikīkī Beach Hotel features refreshed guestrooms, updated design and front-row views overlooking the beach.
The property features 645 guestrooms, forty-eight of which are two-and-three-bedroom suites.
A surfing vibe will be the big draw here.
The Twin Fin was named after a type of surfboard with two fins. Some of O‘ahu’s best surfing spots are a walk or paddle away. Located in the middle of three or four separate breaks, Cliffs is the most popular spot at Diamond Head and a favorite for beginner to advanced surfers.
Plus, Surfline, a company that offers wave forecasting and surf reports, has installed three high-definition cameras that stream real-time surf conditions on a large-scale video wall in the lobby and other locations throughout the hotel.
Breakfast is available daily at the Coconut Club, located on the 21st floor with panoramic views of Waikiki, Diamond Head and the ocean beyond. Wolfgang Puck Express Waikiki, also on premises, offers counter service and outdoor seating or quick meals-to-go for guests to take to the beach.
Check in. Paddle out. The Twin Fin opened Nov. 1, 2022, in O‘ahu, Hawai’i.
