Trilogy Hotel Montgomery
[Montgomery, AL] Trilogy Hotel Montgomery is comprised of three historic buildings — Water Works, Sanitary Board Building, and the Murphy House — and is in the heart of the historic district of Montgomery, Alabama.
The careful restoration of the 101,189-square-foot property resulted in 117 rooms and suites, 2,100 square feet of event space, a lobby, and a restaurant called Kinsmith.
In addition, “the ultimate rooftop bar,” dubbed Waterworks, overlooks downtown. From the bar, visitors can see church steeples and classic Montgomery homes in the background. At dusk, Waterworks will offer prime viewing of sunsets.
“The neighborhood is full of restaurants, taverns and independent boutiques,” writes Travel Agent Central. “The property is steps away from the Alabama River, the city’s Riverfront Park and Riverwalk Stadium. Trilogy is also close to many of Montgomery’s Civil Rights era historic sites, including the Rosa Parks Museum and the National Memorial for Peace and Justice.”
Riverwalk Stadium is home to the Minor League Baseball club that has a team name we love: Montgomery Biscuits. Also near the luxury boutique hotel is Equal Justice Initiative’s Legacy Museum.
