Expressions of America
Expressions of America is a first-of-its-kind nighttime sound and light experience celebrating the power of individual Americans to impact the world around them during a time of monumental conflict.
Available exclusively at The National WWII Museum in New Orleans starting on Veterans Day 2022, Expressions of America will immerse audiences in written words, songs, and personal reflections of the everyday men and women who served our country in every way imaginable during World War II.
What we’re more excited about is that this means regular programming after 5 p.m., the museum’s traditional closing time.
This 90-minute outdoor experience runs rain or shine and includes:
- pre-show live entertainment, access to special custom exhibit, and interactive experiences upon arrival.
- an immersive sound and light show outdoors on the Col. Battle Barksdale Parade Grounds followed by jazzy music and art projections.
- vintage cocktails, 1940s-inspired snacks, and other festive food and beverage available for purchase.
Expressions of America opens Veterans Day, Friday, Nov. 11, 2022.
