NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA: In a city rich with French cuisine traditions, you have to admire any chef who wants to open a French brasserie.

Perhaps that is one reason why locals have been eagerly anticipating the arrival of MaMou from chef Tom Branighan and sommelier Molly Wismeier.

Located along the Rampart–St. Claude Streetcar line and across from Louis Armstrong Park, MaMou is due to open summer, 2022.
