Museum of Sex
“Like everybody and everything else in New York,” writes the Miami Herald. “The Museum of Sex is coming to Miami.”
Ouch.
The Museum of Sex, whose flagship location opened its doors 20 years ago in NYC, will expand to Miami in spring 2023.
Destined for a 32,000-square-foot converted warehouse in the Allapattah district, the museum will feature three large exhibition galleries, retail space and a bar.
The institution’s inaugural exhibition program will include “Hajime Sorayama: Desire Machines;” the historical survey “Modern Sex: 100 Years of Design and Decency;” as well as a significantly scaled-up interpretation of “Super Funland: Journey into the Erotic Carnival,” the museum’s
immersive experience.
Uh oh.
Look for The Museum of Sex to … um, open in the spring of 2023.
