Café Basque
Café Basque marks the first West Coast restaurant for Michelin-starred Le Coucou chef Daniel Rose, and only his second in the United States.
Café Basque will also be the first time the France-based chef will shape a restaurant around Basque cooking.
Inspired by the southwest coast of France and the spirit of Southern California, chef Rose and Boka Restaurant Group will soon open Café Basque. The restaurant will be on the ground floor of the Hoxton Hotel, 1060 S. Broadway, in downtown Los Angeles.
