Last spring, when its first Atlanta location opened in the Poncey-Highland neighborhood, Fishmonger sold seven hundred pounds of fresh fish from the cold cases.

Eater Atlanta proclaimed the spot to be “what the seafood scene in Atlanta needed.”

Apparently, Atlanta wants more.

In August, restaurant owners announced that they were being drawn to Pullman Yards.

“The Pratt Pullman District has been doing amazing things this year and were so excited to team up with them and bring some bad-ass seafood to the neighborhood.”

After renovating a historic building, Fishmonger is readying for a big patio, raw bar, beer, wine and cocktails.

“We hope to be open in October 2022,” owners said.
