Leche de Tigre
[San Antonio, TX] San Antonio magazine writes, “Brothers Emil, Axel and Alec Olivia, along with their cousin Sebastian Montante, were determined to create a restaurant concept that fused their Mexican roots and Peruvian heritage in a way that felt authentic to their own experiences.
“Leche de Tigre will feature 15 menu items, from Peruvian ceviche, lomo saltado (a Peruvian-Chinese fusion stir-fry), tapas and more. The restaurant will also have a Pisco (Peru’s national brandy) bar.
“‘The restaurant is a representation of who we are as brothers—what we like,’ Emil says. ‘From the music to the food to the bar, it’s going to be something new for San Antonio.'”
We’re intrigued.
San Antonio’s first Peruvian restaurant, Leche de Tigre, opened Feb. 24, 2023.
