MariPili Tapas Bar

Foodies were optimistic for MariPili Tapas Bar prior to its opening in the Capitol Hill neighborhood in May 2022.

The Seattle Times wrote, “Grayson Corrales, former pastry chef at JuneBaby, makes a promising solo debut after completing an internship at a two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Spain before setting up her Galician-inspired menu here at MariPili Tapas Bar.”

We admire the entrepreneurial spirit of any restaurant start-up and Chef Corrales’ menu looks very promising.

Yelp(ers) like to gripe about the cost. 24HourNation knows there is a sweet spot between portion, value, price and the divine. This menu looks divine.

With a look that is both casual and sophisticated, be sure to save room for dessert — and expect an automatic 20% tip added to your tab.
