The Bedford

The Bedford by Martha Stewart opened at the Paris Las Vegas on Aug. 13, 2022, marking the icon’s first restaurant.

“We have worked tirelessly to bring my farmhouse in Bedford, New York, to life in Las Vegas, and I think visitors will be enchanted by what we have come up with,” Stewart says. “These are the same dishes that I serve to family and friends in my own home.”

The Bedford draws inspiration from Stewart’s 1925 country farmhouse, including an accurate replica of her own brown faux-bois dining room. Martha’s functional lifestyle is fully reflected in the décor of the 194-seat dining space.

The menu includes Martha’s signature recipes featuring some of her favorite fresh and locally sourced dishes. Guests will be also able to enjoy signature cocktails, including the Martha-tini and the Martha-rita.
