Expect more high-steaks dining in Dallas this fall.
Among the red meat restaurants scheduled to open in Big D, we’re most intrigued by The Saint.
The eatery will offer an Italian-inspired menu featuring dry-aged meat and chops, housemade pasta and vegetable-based dishes.
Just east of downtown Dallas, The Saint will be situated in a stretch of Gaston Avenue that has yet to find its mojo (and prefers not to describe itself as Deep Ellum).
This looks to be the first roll of the dice in the Dallas market for Las Vegas restaurateur Andy Hooper. The Saint opens fall 2022.
