Nightlife Security Consultants (NSC) is the first security training and consultation business totally focused on the hospitality industry.
The CEO and President, Robert C. Smith started NSC while a San Diego Police Officer after having to arrest a bar bouncer for assault. During that investigation, he realized there was no informal or formal “job specific” training for bar or club security guards.
SERVICES PROVIDED
NSC has trained over 20K hospitality employees and worked with over 1500 licensed venues. Their primary focus is “bouncers”, however, NSC offers training for servers and managers.
NSC has a large variety of training programs. The largest is the first National HOST Certification Program. Currently, over 35 insurance agencies and brokers are using the National HOST Program to help lower overall liability for their alcohol service clients.
