Dallas boasts one of the largest contiguous urban art districts in the United States. The neighborhood holds an official “Cultural District” designation by the Texas Commission on the Arts.
The 267-room hotel has three restaurants, two lobbies, an Executive Lounge, and over 20,000 square feet of event space. Also included is the blank canvas Pearl Room, a new feature for JW Marriott globally.
Hotel dining options include:
- Margaret’s, a three-meal ranch-to-table restaurant located on the 11th floor. This restaurant honors the memory of philanthropist Margaret McDermott, a longtime supporter of Dallas’ fine arts institutions.
- Vincent’s Sky Lounge, a nod to Vincent van Gogh’s Starry Night. The lounge serves cocktails and bites with views of the Dallas night sky from a mid-air lounge.
- 800 North, a street-level cocktail lounge aptly named for the hotel’s address, 800 North Harwood Street.
The pool and deck with cabanas offer views of downtown Dallas as well as the hotel’s Arts District neighbors. The hotel’s 11th floor sky lobby has a floating staircase and glass railing with displays of original artwork.
JW Marriott Dallas Arts District debuted Jul. 26, 2023, at the epicenter of the cultural arts scene in Dallas, Texas.
