The Da Vinci Code
[Ogunquit, ME] “The Da Vinci Code,” Dan Brown’s novel that sold more than one hundred million copies, is now a stage thriller as adapted by Rachel Wagstaff and Duncan Abel.
As you may recall … the curator of the Louvre is found dead. Next to his body are a series of baffling codes.
Professor Robert Langdon and fellow cryptologist Sophie Neveu attempt to solve the riddles. These lead to the works of Leonardo Da Vinci and beyond, deep into the vault of history.
In a race through the streets of Europe, Langdon and Neveu must decipher the labyrinthine code before a historical secret is lost forever.
Following its 2022 world premiere at Churchill Theatre in London, the Ogunquit Playhouse in Maine presents the U.S. premiere of “The Da Vinci Code,” Aug. 24 – Sep. 23, 2023.
