Dominique Greco was one of the first Nighttime Economy Managers in the world; the first ever for the City of Orlando circa 2017. Through her experience, Greco has committed her career to supporting Orlando’s vibrant local and social community.

Greco was named an “Orlando Magazine” 50 Most Powerful Leaders and an “Orlando Business Journal” 40 Under 40 award recipient. She believes in the power of community; prioritizing partnerships and collaborations focused on innovation, sustainability and equity.

Dominique witnessed the effect on a community that had no dedicated advocacy organization. So, she helped launch the Orlando Hospitality Alliance (OHA) in January 2022. OHA is specifically for the independent owners/operators of Central Florida’s dining, drinking, nightlife, creating and entertainment establishments.

As with other successful hospitality alliances, OHA works to protect the vitality of this segment of the industry; advocates for meaningful policy reform; and offers research, resources and solutions specifically for our growing and progressive local and social environment.

Greco is a also a founder of NITECAP and on the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management’s Dean’s Alumni Advisory Board. She enjoys living in Downtown Orlando, being a tourist in her own city and traveling to explore other destinations.
