The New South Wales office of the 24-Hour Economy Commissioner developed this Local Area Acceleration Toolkit for municipalities. This resource helps councils identify key elements of a plan to develop a local 24-hour economy in their communities.
Whether it’s bars and restaurants, live performance venues or shops open into the evening, there is huge potential to create vibrant and diverse areas after dark. However, it simply can’t be done without a plan, without alignment in vision and a stakeholder base behind it.
