As Sacramento’s bars and nightclubs emerge from the pandemic, the city has created a new position to serve as a liaison and point of contact specifically for these businesses.
Tina Lee-Vogt was appointed to the new position, officially titled nighttime economy manager, Monday.
In the role, Lee-Vogt will be the coordinator, collaborator, mediator, policy maker and point of contact for the nighttime economy.
Lee-Vogt, a program manager, has worked for the city for 32 years and has experience in public policy and administration and operation program management.
Tina was also a 24 Minutes podcast guest in an episode titled “Team Effort.” The July, 2022 program is our most downloaded 24-minute podcast episode to date.
