Safe Gigs Charter (2022)

Safe Gigs Ireland has already done the work for you when it comes to establishing a zero-tolerance environment for discrimination, sexual violence, harassment and micro-aggressions in nightlife.

The Safe Gigs Charter provides a step-by-step action guide for music and hospitality venues, artists, venue staff, festival organizers, promoters, security professionals … and even event attenders.

Anyone can help:

• promote “safe gigs” for everyone.
• tackle sexual violence and discrimination in your environment through zero tolerance.
• support those around you to ensure everyone has a good night out, free from harm.

Everyone deserves to feel safe at gigs. Everyone deserves to have fun. As we return to normal, we want to create a new normal – a safer normal, for everyone.
