SAFE Bar Network is a nonprofit that partners with bars and other alcohol-serving venues to create safe workplace cultures that also give patrons a safe night out.
The SAFE Bar Network is built on the idea that culture change is possible. It believes that when we engage bar and restaurant staff in conversations about harm, active bystander skills, and supporting each other, that workplace cultures can shift and put a renewed emphasis on safety.
SERVICES PROVIDED
We provide active bystander training, workplace culture training, technical support and resources to create the fun, safe atmosphere that boosts staff retention and increases customer visits.
Our training meets the requirements for state and local sexual harassment and active bystander training.
